Privacy policy

This site is run by April Callaway for Auditor. It collects only what you choose to send through the form on the home page.

What we collect

When you submit the form we record the name and email address you enter, how you said you would like to help, and — if you provide them — your ZIP code, phone number, and message. A ZIP code is required only for a yard-sign request, because a sign has to be delivered somewhere.

The submission is also stamped with the date and time, the IP address the request came from, and your browser's user-agent string. Those last two are kept to help identify automated abuse of the form.

How it is used

Submissions are stored in the campaign's own database and emailed to the campaign so someone can follow up with you. The campaign uses this information to respond to you, organize volunteers and yard-sign deliveries, and send campaign updates if you asked for them.

We do not sell this information. It is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is being used — which pages people read, roughly what part of the world they visit from, and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and sends that information to Google. The campaign looks at it in aggregate and does not use it to identify individual visitors.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by using your browser's tracking protection.

There is no advertising network on this site and no third-party advertising pixels. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.

Your choices

You can ask the campaign to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by sending a message through the form and saying so.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date below.
